Administration presented the 2021 Outstanding Stormwater Utility Charge - Transfer to Taxes information report to the Committee.

Fire Service 2022 Annual Report

The Committee received the Fire Service Annual Report for 2022.

Councillor Torresan exited the meeting at 2:39 PM. 

5.3

2022 Quarter 4 RCMP Report

The Committee was provided with the 2022 Quarter 4 RCMP Report.

Councillor Torresan returned to the meeting at 2:44 PM.

Councillor Buckingham exited the meeting at 3:04 PM and returned at 3:06 PM.

Councillor Diachuk exited the meeting at 3:12 PM and returned at 3:13 PM.

Administration provided the Committee with a report highlighting comments made by the public during a recent presentation.

Draft Municipal Development Plan

The Committee was presented the Draft Municipal Development Plan.

Draft Downtown Façade and Building Improvement Program Policy

Administration presented the Draft Downtown Façade and Building Improvement Program Policy to the Committee.

Councillor Torresan exited the meeting at 4:41 PM.

Downtown Area Redevelopment Committee - Terms of Reference - Update

Councillor Torresan returned to the meeting at 4:43 PM. 

The Committee was presented with updates to the Downtown Are Redevelopment Committee Terms of Reference.

Administration presented the Draft Employee Code of Conduct Policy to the Committee.

The Committee was provided with a draft of the Communications Bylaw.
