The City of Lloydminster and the Council of Lloydminster would like to acknowledge that the chambers in which we are holding today's meeting is situated on Treaty 6 territory, traditional lands of First Nations and Métis people.

  • That the Agenda dated April 7, 2025 be approved.

  • ​That the Regular Council Meeting Minutes dated March 24, 2025 be approved.

  • That Council approve the appointment of Chad Kozak, Laurie Makichuk and Siobhan McCaffrey to the Friends of Cenovus Energy Hub Committee.

  • That Council approve the award of the 40 Avenue Intersection Signalization – Contractor to Can-Traffic Services Ltd. in the amount of $776,795.00, excluding GST, to be allocated from the Capital Budget Project No. 2074008 and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign and seal all necessary documents. In addition, that Council approve a contingency allowance of 15% in the amount of $116,519.25, excluding GST, to be allocated from the Capital Budget Project No. 2074008.
