Administration presented the Committee with the 2022 Quarter 4 Capital Infrastructure Projects and 2023 Capital Infrastructure Projects updates.

The Committee was provided the 2022 Quarter 4 Procurement Report.

Administration presented the 2022 Quarter 4 Governance Documents Update.

The Committee was presented with the Electronic Document and Records Management System Consultant Procurement update.

The meeting reconvened at 2:56 PM with all members in attendance.

Administration provided an update on the Lloydminster Place budget and design to the Committee. 

Councillor Whiting exited the meeting at 3:57 PM and returned at 3:58 PM.

Administration presented a draft amendment to Bylaw 15-2021 - Lloydminster Wastewater Bylaw.

Councillor Buckingham left the meeting at 5:13 pm and returned at 5:15 pm.

Friends of Lloydminster Place Committee and Terms of Reference Update

The Committee was presented with the Friends of Lloydminster Place Committee and Terms of Reference Update.

Media requested to speak with Councillor Diachuk, Councillor Buckingham, Councillor Torresan, and Mayor Aalbers.
