Mayor Aalbers called the meeting to order at 9:30 AM.

Councillor Torresan left the meeting at 10:21 AM and returned at 10:24 AM.

The meeting reconvened at 10:49 AM with all in attendance.

The meeting reconvened at 1:00 PM with all in attendance.

Councillor Diachuk left the meeting at 2:25 Pm and returned at 2:27 PM. 

The meeting reconvened at 2:44 PM with all in attendance with the exception of Councillor Diachuk. 

Councillor Diachuk returned at 2:45 PM.

Councillor Torresan left the meeting at 3:47 PM and returned at 3:50 PM.

The meeting reconvened at 4:11 PM with all in attendance. 

Councillor Fagnan left the meeting at 4:53 PM.

Councillor Buckingham left the meeting at 5:04 PM and returned at 5:06 PM.

Councillor Whiting left the meeting at 5:16 PM and returned at 5:17 PM.
